Honest and they do great work. Fixed my vehicle back to like new with oem parts and Nate and Queen were great with communication and keeping me updated. Quality second to none, and they work in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this shop, these people have been trustworthy and I am pleased to have done business with them.

My car looks better than the day it rolled off the dealer floor! Very nice staff, and they did a fantastic job on my repair. Highly recommend.

I’m very pleased with the overall service from the Riverview Body Shop team! My car was hit from behind on the first snowy day of the season. After asking around for recommendations, Riverview was suggested to me immediately. My fiancé works late most days, so we called ahead to make sure it was okay to bring our car in. Nate answered the phone and told us to come on by. He took the time to inspect our car and quickly provided an estimate. Nate had a positive attitude and patiently walked us through the process with the insurance company. He gave us complete confidence that we had chosen the right shop to fix our car. The professionalism and quality of work from Nate and De’Queen (sorry if we misspelled) were truly amazing. They kept us informed and let us know as soon as the car was fixed. When we picked up the car, you could never tell it had been hit. They cleaned it up perfectly, and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thanks again to the whole team — we will definitely refer any future business your way :)

I had such a great experience at Riverview Body Shop! Queen and Nate helped me when my car key wasn’t fitting into the door lock. They ordered the part I needed, and within just a few days it arrived. The installation itself took only minutes, and everything worked perfectly right away. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They explained everything clearly, made the whole process stress-free, and treated me with genuine care. It’s rare to find a shop that is not only efficient but also truly values their customers. I highly recommend Riverview Body Shop to anyone in need of reliable service. They went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for their help!

Back in March I had Nate refinish the hood on my 2014 Dodge Avenger. In less than six months, the corrosion on the front edge of the hood returned. I called Nate, had a very pleasant conversation with him and he agreed to redo the work that I paid him for back in March 2025. No, I was not pleased this happened, but pleased that Nate agreed to take care of the problem and completely refinish the hood again. This made me feel more confident that this is a good body shop that cares about their customers. 👏
